I felt the need to send a thank you letter to my best customers on our twenty year anniversary.
I have been blessed with so many faithful customers that have continued to come in for service year after year. So many nice stories. The referrals of your friends and family have been the highest of all compliments, we are humbled by your gestures.

I at the same time have to thank my wonderful employees. In an industry that sees so much turn over our fellows have been with us for many years making customers, friends. The same people we started with twenty years ago are with us today. It is my pleasure to work with these wonderful family men every day. The only time I hear from a customer is when they call to tell me of a positive experience. Who has a better job then me?

So that you may know our friendly store managers better I would like to better introduce them.

It is with great sadness that in December we lost our dear friend and dedicated 19 year employee Albert Falcioni to pancreatic cancer. In tribute to Al you can make a $25.00 donation to St. Vincent's Swim or the Blue Star Mothers and receive a free oil change. I think about and miss Al everyday.

It is important to me that you mention when you come in that you are a regular customer (member) because you are entitled to a 10% discount. Many have been coming in failing to do this, please don't.

In 1989, Bill Pelletier set out to find a better, more effecient and less expensive way for consumers to have their brakes repaired. He created a system and developed it into a company called Brake Centers of America. Today this successful company is one of the country's only true brake specialists and enjoys one of the best fix-it-right records in the industry. BCA's customers are considered friends. 2003 BCA launches TheTirePro.com Our tire business was developed persons of 30 years of excellent automotive experience. We spent many months in research for the best tire product at the most competitive price. We combined the GT RADIAL with honest up-front pricing and deliver the tire to you with fast friendly no-nonsense service without the surprises of add-ons. In 2006 we looked for a way to reward our repeat customers and started the Auto Maintenance Club. Where club members receive wholesale prices on brakes and tires along with $12.25 oil changes.
