I felt the need to send a thank you letter to my best customers on our twenty year anniversary.
I have been blessed with so many faithful customers that have continued to come in for service year after year. So many nice stories. The referrals of your friends and family have been the highest of all compliments, we are humbled by your gestures.

I at the same time have to thank my wonderful employees. In an industry that sees so much turn over our fellows have been with us for many years making customers, friends. The same people we started with twenty years ago are with us today. It is my pleasure to work with these wonderful family men every day. The only time I hear from a customer is when they call to tell me of a positive experience. Who has a better job then me?

It is with great sadness that in December we lost our dear friend and dedicated 19 year employee Albert Falcioni to pancreatic cancer. In tribute to Al you can make a $25.00 donation to St. Vincent?s Swim or the Blue Star Mothers and receive a free oil change. I think about and miss Al everyday.

Get ready for a positive automotive repair experience!

Good people is what drives Brake Centers of America and TheTirePro. Locally owned and operated by the Pelletier  family, along with their 7 children they are active members of the local community, Diocese of Bridgeport, Regional School System and active in St. Vincents Swim Across the Sound. When your vehicle enters a BCA shop for brakes we start by performing a complete and free inspection of the brake system. The inspection process takes 20 minutes to a half an hour. Disc rotors and drums are measured to assure they are within legal limits. Brake pads and linings are checked for thickness, imperfections and wear patterns. Calipers and wheel cylinders are checked for leaks or binding. Brake springs are checked for signs of weakness. Brake hoses are checked for bubbles, restrictions or cracks. The master cylinder is checked for bypass or leaks where possible.

Whatever is found is written up on an inspection report, nothing more, nothing less. The next thing we do is invite you into the shop for a visual inspection (work needed is generally very obvious), at this point we will explain your repair options, go over the associated cost and let you decide how you want to have your vehicle repaired (as long as there is no serious problem being avoided). Repairs usually take an hour to an hour and a half. You also have the option of shopping around for another opinion and price, leave our shop and pay nothing. As members of the Better Business Bureau, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service and your purchase.
